ALL PYNKMANTIS ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Returns are not accepted at this time. In the event that you receive a damaged item from transit, please contact the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) immediately. Pynkmantis is not responsible for damages to items after it has been shipped, or during transit, however, we will do everything we can to assist you.

Custom Handpainted artifacts: we recommend spot cleaning only. You don't want to damage or alter the unique designs.
Terms & Conditions:
Design/ Artwork:
Client agrees to give artist creative freedom whie applying handpainted Popart design. Digital mock-ups may be provided as general reference only. All artwork are one of one and will not be duplicated. Once design/s are agreed upon, few (if any) alterations are allowed. Additional customization fees may apply if changes made. Designs, IP characters, Pynkantis characters, handpainted designs and artwork are solely owned by Pynkmantis.
**ARTWORK MAY NOT BE DUPLICATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT PROPER APPROVAL FROM PYNKMANTIS.
**Commissioned orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, under any circumstance. Client is responsible for maintenance of items once received. Pynkmantis and affiliated social media accounts hold all rights to post Residency before and after media of the project (at any and all stages).
Custom Orders:
$100.00 deposit is required on all commissioned orders. $100.00 deposit will be returned to customer if order is canceled and agreed upon by both parties (Pynkmantis and customer/ collector). $100.00 will be applied to total of order, once item/s are completed, and deducted from balance of total. Once artwork has begun on product/ item, no order may be cancelled. $100.00 deposit is forfeited if order is cancelled after design/ artwork has started.
Timeframe/ Shipping:
All discussed timeframes are estimates. Completion timeframe are estimates are not guaranteed unless discussed ahead of time, and/ or expedition fee are discussed and agreed upom. Completion times depend on workload and order of receipt of request, however, Pynkmantis will do everything possible to expedite all orders (we know you want to rock your item quick!! :) Confirmation and Insurance delivery available on all orders, upon request and additional payment by customer/ client. Customer/ client may request express shipping once order has been completed for an additional cost paid by customer/ client.
Deposits:
Payment: $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required on each commissioned artwork. $100.00 deposit will be returned to customer if item is never received by Pynkmantis from manufacturer. Once artwork has begun on product/ item, no order may be cancelled or changed. $100.00 deposit is forfeited if order customer cancels order after design/ artwork has started. Balance of payment is due prior to order shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS. Prices may/ will vary depending on item, size of item/ product, intricate artwork, etc. By remitting payment, customer/ client agrees to all terms and conditions setforth. $100.00 deposit is applied to total of (1) artwork/ handpainted handbag.

Pynkmantis will add customer/ client's contact info, including email address to Pynkmantis system and mailing lists upon receipt of contact informaiton via any means in regards to order. Customer accepts periodic advertisements, emails, etc. from Pynkmantis.
Pynkmantis holds the right to revise the terms & conditions at any time.
